Gente Journal uploads work twice a month. Each piece will considered based on time of submission and necessary edits, for which a member of our editorial board will work on one-on-one. See below for expected submission timelines for your work.

• SUBMISSION DEADLINE FOR FIRST UPLOAD: 4TH SATURDAY OF MONTH PRIOR

• SUBMISSION DEADLINE FOR SECOND UPLOAD: 2ND SATURDAY MONTH-OF

• Writers will be expected to resubmit their work to be reviewed after edits are made, if requested
